How an order works

Get a key
We create an API key with a number of orders. It is shown once and stored only encrypted.

Connect the agent
Add Lagom as an MCP server in Claude or another agent that supports MCP. It takes one line.

Order
The agent calls order_seo_audit, for example, and gets an order_id straight away. The job runs on our side.
04
Collect
The agent calls get_result until the status is done. It then returns a summary in markdown and a result as data.

Connect via MCP

The agent lists products with list_services, orders using the relevant tool and retrieves status and results with get_result. The product server is separate from this website.

Good to know

What is not delivered costs nothing. If a job stalls or a site blocks our reading, the order gets status error with the reason in plain words, and the order is returned to the quota.
You only see your own orders. Each key only reaches the orders it placed itself.
Estimates are labelled as estimates. We buy no search volumes, so keyword volume is given as a judgement. The media plan's figures are based on Swedish population statistics and media use, and assumptions that could not be checked are listed in the delivery.
Invalid orders are stopped before they cost anything. An invalid web address or a budget under SEK 10,000 is rejected immediately with a message the agent can correct from.

Ownership

Who owns the systems and content?

You own what we build and deliver for you. Accounts are set up in your name. Terms for third-party tools are reviewed before we begin.

Can we change suppliers without starting over?

Yes, our work must be transferable. You receive documentation, access and knowledge to continue on your own or with someone else.

Process

How do we follow the work?

You receive something testable every week and can follow priorities and decisions throughout the build.

What happens after handover?

We train your team and hand over the system. New needs become a new project, with us or someone else.

Costs

How is the price set?

We work at a fixed price per project. Scope, priorities and timeline are agreed before building begins.

Do we need a maintenance agreement?

We do not require a monthly retainer. We review what the system needs and what your team can manage.

Where is our data stored?

We agree this together during scoping, based on your requirements and chosen tools. Location, access and responsibility are documented.

When are standard tools better than a custom system?

When an existing tool solves the need well. We do not build custom for its own sake; we connect and adapt where it is useful.

What is MCP, and do we need it?

MCP is an open way for AI agents to use services. If you use Claude or another agent that supports MCP, you connect us with one line. Without an agent, you get the same thing by contacting us.

Who owns what our agent orders?

You do. The result arrives as text and data that you store wherever you like. You don't need an account with us to use it.
